We offer a selection of culinary, outdoor and indoor team building activities which can be used in a variety of ways to suit the needs of your event. All activities are fun, exciting and cost-effective as they are priced on a per person basis and provide proven ROI learning.
Teamscapes activities are mental and strategic puzzles, not strenuous exercises. They are designed to improve communication skills and team work challenges such as problem solving – the group that works together most efficiently to complete the team building activities will be the most successful. These skills are directly transferable and will improve team performance back in the work place. This is learning by doing: Experiential Learning.

Our indoor team building activities use 36 high-quality hand carved wooden blocks that can be transported to anywhere in the world to help groups of people improve their team work by targeting communication skills, co-operation and collaboration. They are especially useful for enhancing team negotiation and collaboration skills whilst coping with personal compromise.

Our outdoor team building activities are innovative and exciting – they don’t challenge the body or use intimidating high ropes they are a set of strategic puzzles with an aim of helping teams learn how to work most efficiently together, whilst having fun in the fresh air!
This collection of activities addresses team working, creativity, analytical problem solving, leadership, co-ordination and communication. They are especially popular during the summer months but are available all year round and have even been used in the snow in the past – exciting weather conditions makes it all the better for increasing team spirit and morale!
With a selection of fixed installations in the grounds of each of the Sundial Venues and a more recently launched mobile edition of several of activities, these outdoor team building activities are more versatile than you might think.

Our culinary team building activities are great for any group, they’re fun, exciting and available anywhere – as well as being tasty!
These culinary activities look like fantastic fun because they are, but interestingly, these are the tools for some of the most powerful personal learning experiences we see with our clients. Managers and participants alike are often amazed by how much they learn to improve tolerance, communication skills and effective collaboration when completing these activities. This collection particularly focuses on enhancing timing, planning, creativity and trust.
Our culinary team building activities are particularly popular as pre-dinner ice breakers (namely the cocktail and canapé challenges) and are also an ideal choice for a team reward event, particularly Teamcakes, where of course you simply have to finish the activity by enjoying an indulgent slice of your beautiful cake!
