Teamscapes are frequently selected by Government organisations because of the fantastic value for money they provide as team building activities with proven return on investment. Teamscapes are not simply team building activities; they are people development tools that provide meaningful learning which is simply transferred back into the working environment.
The NHS has identified Teamscapes as a superior team building provider. East Lancashire NHS Hospital Trust selected Teamscapes to qualify almost 200 staff members in team building with Teamscapes, aiming to improve communication, self awareness and leadership skills. Their first event involved staff completing three Teamscapes activities over two days, concluding with all participants gaining their certificate in Team Building with Teamscapes (equivalent level of learning to NVQ Level 2 qualification). The second event has since been commissioned and will go ahead later in 2012.
Nichol Orton, Head of Organisational Development at East Lancashire NHS Trust, commented:
“Teamscapes is so powerful and simple; I saw how it could help support the learning and development of our Trust in so many ways. It provides the tools to help individuals feel part of a team and act as a team player. Feeling part of a team is vital for an organisation’s success”
