Pre-event planning discussion to ascertain your precise objectives. (This can be either in person on-site or over the telephone if preferred).
Services of an approved facilitator/guide while you participate in the activities. They will supervise the activities (which last between one and two hours) and explain the timings and rules as well as any health & safety issues.
Professionally facilitated debriefing discussion after each activity and at the end of the team building programme. During these discussions the learning outcomes are reinforced so that you can transfer them back to your workplace.
At Sundial Venues, prices include use of wet weather clothing if necessary.
